If a hotel signs up through your link and later pays a PMSPilot subscription, you receive a USD commission on that invoice. Trial, add-on modules and setup fees do not count. PayPal and FX fees are yours — we do not top them up.

Apply

Every account is reviewed by hand. Until it is approved, there is no live tracking link.

Hotel uses your link

The hotel opens trial signup with your code. Last click within 30 days counts. If a hotel-to-hotel referral code (?ref=) is also present, that program wins and you get nothing on that hotel.

Plan invoice is paid

Commission is a share of the gross plan invoice. Standard campaign: 10% for 12 months. A yearly invoice counts as 12 months. Upgrades only on the price difference.

Payout rules

  • Held for 30 days, then payable. Paid monthly. Minimum 50 USD. PayPal or bank transfer — we do not pay out through Stripe.
  • Books are in USD. Local-currency payout is possible, not promised. Conversion and payment fees stay with you.
  • You cannot refer your own hotel. Same email as the signup is rejected. When a campaign ends, running commissions stop.

No tracking link until the account is approved.
