How do payouts work?

Once your balance reaches 50 USD you can request a payout in the dashboard. We review the accrued commissions and transfer the amount within 14 days to your bank account or PayPal.

How long do I earn on a referred hotel?

You earn monthly for as long as the referred hotel keeps an active paid PMSPilot subscription.

When is a commission credited?

When the referred hotel starts a paid plan and the invoice is paid. Free trials and cancelled payments do not generate commission.

Can I refer my own hotel?

No. Self-referrals are excluded and will not be paid.

What if the hotel also has a hotel referral code?

A hotel-to-hotel referral code (?ref=) takes priority. In that case this partner program does not apply to that hotel.

Who pays payment and FX fees?

PayPal, bank and currency-conversion fees are borne by the partner. Commissions are recorded in USD.
