Partner terms

These terms apply only to the partner program on affiliate.pmspilot.com, not to the hotel product.

1. After registration the account is active immediately and the partner link can be used. PMSPilot may suspend accounts for fraud or terms violations. 2. Self-referral is prohibited. 3. Commissions are calculated in USD on paid plan invoices. Setup fees and module add-ons are excluded. Plan upgrades pay only the delta. 4. A 30-day hold applies. Payouts from 50 USD, monthly, after manual review. PayPal or bank transfer. 5. Payment and FX fees are borne by the partner. Local-currency payout is possible, not guaranteed. 6. When a campaign ends, running commissions stop (no grandfathering). 7. Hotel-to-hotel referral codes take priority over partner tracking when both are present. 8. PMSPilot may suspend accounts for fraud. Final legal wording will be confirmed before go-live.
